This past weekend while we were at the NOFA Winter Conference, we took a side field trip through the snow to the Saratoga Springs Farmers Market. Among the many friendly faces we spoke with inside, we had the pleasure of meeting with Valentina and Lizbeth. This week they have kale, onions and garlic available on Plovgh.
